Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Three B’s Western Co. offers both Ready to Ship and Made to Order items.

Ready to Ship Items:
Ready to Ship items are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Made to Order Items:
Made to Order items are created especially for you. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment.

Orders Containing Both Ready to Ship + Made to Order Items:
If your order contains both Ready to Ship and Made to Order items, your entire order will ship together once the Made to Order items are complete. If you would like your Ready to Ship items sent separately, please place them as a separate order.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow time for your carrier to update tracking information after your package has been accepted.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances may occur.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at rebecca@threebswesternco.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has begun processing or has shipped.
